PrePress
At Printpack services, we are very meticulous about providing our customers with full digital prepress services which includes preparing designs, changing or enhancing any design, and modifying any previous design to make it ready for press. We provide advanced proofing technologies to give out the best possible printing and packaging solution for our customer’s product.
Extrusion
With in-house co-extrusion technology, we are able to manufacture multi-layer co-extruded PP/LLDPE/LDPE HDPE films with sizes sizes up to 1300mm and thickness from 0.03mm to 0.15mm. We offer our clients with customized films including 5 layer films with barrier properties for food packaging, 3 layer filmfor oil, ghee and detergents, lamination, and printed multilayer films for different industrial purposes. Co-extrusion allows us to provide our clients with two or more different multi-layer structure film in roll form or in piece bag form. With innovation and advancement in technology, we are able to produce high levels of output to meet our consumer demands.
Flexographic Printing
Printpack Services is internationally recognized for its expertise in flexographic printing. With advanced flexographic technology, we offerprinting facility up to 8 colors on mono/multi-layer PP/LLDPE/LDPE/BOPP/CPP/OPP/HDPE/PET material. With extensive experience in this printing technique and latest flexo technology, we offer high quality printing in bulk quantities with exceptionally high printing speeds and minimal wastages which later counts as an economic benefit to consumer.
Rotogravure
With more than 30 years of experience in flexible packaging, we offer high quality rotogravure printing facility with up to 8 colorson various mono/multi-layer plastic materials.In rotogravure printing, the image is engraved onto a cylinder which enables more ink to be printed on to the material. With advancement in technology, we provide automated gravure printing process capable of printing continuous tone images with quick drying solvent for high speed operations.
Lamination
In addition to extrusion and printing facility, we also provide facility to laminate multiple customized film structures to give out the required material composition. We offer both solvent based and solvent less lamination to provide best barrier and resistance packaging to our consumers.
Slitting
With technical advancement and latest innovations in the slitting technology, we are able to slit different films sizes with laser positioning of blades to prepare reels as per the required dimensions, enabling us to provide flexible packaging solutions for small-sized packaging, wrap around sleeves/labels and belly bands.
Bag-Making
Bag making is an integral part of our Flexible Line. We have the capability to provide the following variety of bag constructions: Center Seal Bags, Three Side Seal Bags, Zipper Bags, Die Cut handle Bags, Double Side Seal Bags, Bottom Gusset Bags, and Side Gusset Bags. We have automated sleeve-making machines on which we make shrinkable PVC sleeves.
